Well no excuses for not starting the day the Keto Breakfast way – in the video Jolene has provided a breakfast idea for each day of the week. So if you think about it you will have more than a weeks worth because you can mix up the seven ideas and so get maybe two or three weeks or more if you don’t mind too much repetition.
Again this video gives us a good idea of what the keto diet includes. The thing is that being a low carb diet it does not mean that you are counting the calories so in the video you see things like full cream for one breakfast and fried eggs for a couple of the other breakfasts.
The meals Jolene prepares even I could cook up. The idea with the radishes I haven’t seen before and is a great way to add to the variety of ingredients you can use for breakfast, lunch, dinner.
